Entry into treatment programs at MPI starts with a free, confidential assessment interview.

The MPI Assessment Counselor uses diagnostic and placement criteria developed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) to match the client with the appropriate level of care (detoxification, residential, inpatient, day treatment or outpatient) and schedules an admission. MPI staff will also verify a client’s insurance coverage.

Most private insurance companies cover at least a portion of the costs of chemical dependency treatment. Flexible payment schedules are also available for self-pay clients.
